Tinned tomatos

Chorizo
Steps
Step 1
Dice pepper and onion and place in a pan.
Step 2
Bring the onion and pepper to the heat and add the tinned tomatos
Step 3
Add the rice, (75g pp) peas and stock cube and cook for 20 mins
Step 4
Add the chorizo (cubed or sliced). Approximately half of 1 chorizo
Step 5
After 20 mins, the tomatos should have mostly mixed into the rice, the mixture should no longer be ‘wet’. If still wet continue to cook until the tomatos have cooked into the rice fully.
Step 6
Remove from the heat and serve with lemon quarters.
