Steps
Step 1
Combine together flour, salt, yeast and olive oil. Gradually add the water and mix until a dough is formed. Leave for 15 minutes for yeast to activate.
Step 2
Cut the olives in half and fold into the mixture, add as many as you may like.
Step 3
Fold in the olives and cover the dough in a bowl for 1 hour.
Step 4
Grease a tray, shape the dough into a loaf and place on the tray. Dust the dough with a sprinkle of flour.
Step 5
Once oven is heated to 200c, place the bread in the centre of the oven and bake for 30 minutes or until crisp.
