Milk

Butter
4 tablespoons
Caster sugar
270 grams
Plain flour
2 teaspoons
Baking soda

Steps
Step 1
Combine the sugar, flour, baking soda and salt in a bowl
Step 2
Melt the butter and combine with the milk, whisk in the egg
Step 3
Combine the wet and dry ingredients and mix until smooth batter is formed
Step 4
Heat additional butter in a frying pan on low heat
Step 5
Once the pan has warmed begin frying the pancakes. Optional: serve with maple syrup, blueberries and bacon
