Steps
Step 1
Boil the rice for 20 minutes until water is absorbed
Step 2
Cut the radish and cucumber into thin slices and add to the boil after 10 minutes

Add a handful of spinach

Add grated carrot to the boil

Mix together the soy sauce, gochujung paste, cider vinegar and sesame seeds into a bowl to make the sauce .

Add a fried egg to the top of the bowl

Put the rice and veg into a bowl once ready and sprinkle with spring onions. Adding some ginger and soy is optional. Apply the sauce as required and mix in.
