Keto Dark Chocolate Brownies

350 grams
Unsalted butter
200 grams
Erythritol
6 whole
Eggs
80 grams
Cocoa powder
350 grams
Dark chocolate
150 grams

Steps
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 180 Celsius / 356 Fahrenheit
Step 2
Melt the butter and dark chocolate in a pan or in a bowl over boiling water
Step 3
Let the chocolate and butter cool. Meanwhile, combine the eggs, flour, cocoa powder and sweetener in a bowl.
Step 4
Add the butter and chocolate in with the other ingredients once cooled
Step 5
Mix until the batter is smooth
Step 6
Line a rectangular baking tin or small casserole dish with baking / parchment paper. Cut the paper to size so that it covers the bottom and two sides of the dish. Grease the two remaining sides. Fill the batter into the dish and smoothen the top. Bake 25 minutes or until the top is firm.
Step 7
Top with any additional items such as chocolate chips, pecans, marshmallows, chocolate chunks etc!
Step 8
Let the brownies cool before you remove them from the baking tin. They will be VERY soft when warm, but firm up as they cool down.
