White chocolate

Caster sugar
800 grams
Plain flour
4 tablespoons
Matcha powder
400 grams
Unsalted butter
4 whole
Egg

Preheat oven 350°F
Step 2
In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour, sugar and matcha powder). Using sifter or whisk, mix until fully combined and matcha powder is evenly incorporated.
Step 3
Add melted butter, eggs and vanilla. Beat with hand mixer until fully combined.
Step 4
Break chocolate into chunks and add to the mixture

Using spatula, transfer batter into parchment lined cake pan. Once all your batter is in the pan, using a spoon or spatula, lightly flatten out your matcha brownie batter so that the surface is level.
Step 6
Cook on 350°F for approximately 35-40 minutes or until full cooked.
Step 7
Once cooled, slice and serve or refrigerate overnight to set fully and serve the following day.
